Refund policy
Dispatch:
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday-Friday) to our chosen courier on the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00 pm will be dispatched the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. After dispatch, further updates will be sent from our courier team, providing full tracking of your order from dispatch to delivery.
Delivery & Tracking:
Tracked delivery is handled by our courier service, with no signature required upon delivery. Once your order has been received by the courier, you can track it by clicking on the tracking number provided in your dispatch email. Our courier aims to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days, but this date is an estimate.
- Tracked delivery within Tehran: [Amount] or FREE for orders over [Amount].
- Delivery to other regions will be calculated at checkout.
Free delivery applies only to orders placed via our online store for deliveries within Tehran.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We can only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. Replacements will be made with the same item(s) as per your original order. If there is an issue with your order and you require an exchange, please email us at sales@lunuts.com and include:
- A photo or photos of the defective or damaged item(s).
- Your full name and order number.
We will respond as soon as possible with instructions on how to return your item for an exchange. In most cases, we will not be able to send out your replacement until we have received the returned item(s). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
